Used engine and trans combos

Hi, I'm new to the forums. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with these websites that sell used SR20's and such w/ transmissions. I found a Canadian website that distributes JDM stuff and found an SR20DET w/ trans for $2,200 shipped. I thought it was too good to be true. I want to know if these motors are good, or if they have the pottential of ending up on your doorstep in poor condition. Thanks.
