used 300zx sotors

i kno a guy that is replacing his rotors on his N/A 300zx prolly a '95 or so, and i will beable to get his old rotors for real cheap. his old rotors seem to be aftermarket cause they're cross-drilled and slotted and he says they have 30k miles on them. the problem is they are slightly warped on the outer edge of the rotor. seems like the pressure from the brake pads has warped the rotor inward where the pad makes contact. is it possible to get these rotors turned so they are usable? if not are they even worth a second look?
