Used '03 or New '03.5

I know this subject has been discussed before a little bit, but I'd like to get the board's advice.

I am very close to pulling the trigger on a g35 sedan. I have an opportunity to buy a used '03 with 9K miles, PREM, Winter Pkg for $26K. But, I hear that dealerships are giving great deals on brand new 2003.5 sedans right now. Basically my question is this: Is the '03.5 significantly superior to the '03? I've heard rumors that the '03.5 has some upgrades that people don't realize such as less rattles and even a much better performing Bose stereo system. Is this true or just myth? What would you do in my situation?

Personally, I would buy the used one.But the 03.5 does have an improved stereo system, and many (not all) of the rattles and squeaks have been corrected.

How is the Bose in the'03.5 improved? Is it that some of the rattles associated with it have been eliminated or are there more substantial changes in sound quality or power? Thanks.
