Use Rogue OEM Shark Fin Antenna on Pathfinder

I have a 2017 Pathfinder and I was wondering if anyone knows whether I can use a 2017 Rogue OEM shark fin antenna on my Pathfinder?

The antenna connector has a proprietary connector. It's not easily swapped and you cannot simply 'twist' wires together as it's a shielded coaxial cable. If you can find the thread with the shark fin antenna, I may be able to comment more on this.

Thanks Rogue One for the information. I guess I will have to look for an aftermarket shark fin antenna in caspian blue.
