Use PC to get Missing Titles in MusicBox

2008 Infinit QX56 question: I've ripped in a number of CDs into my MusicBox. Most of the album / track titles appear from the Gracenote database, but not all. I've attempted to export missing song title info to the compact flash card and get the titles from my PC. My issue is that the only thing that downloads is a file named "export.dat". Should there be a .exe file that runs a search with Gracenote? I'm lost. Please help. Thanks.
