Hey guys, I just wanted some insight into the differences between USDM and Jspec Automatic transmissions. Are they interchangeable? Are there major differences? Can I install a Jspec transmission to my USDM motor?

I'm referring to having a USDM NA Auto compared to a JSpec NA Auto.

I have recently learned already, that the driveshafts are NOT interchangeable.

yes interchangeable, NA-NA and TT-TT.

Driveshafts prob not because of the 2+2 TT models for Jspec.

Great. Simple answers are the best kind lol. Thank you.

But yes, the driveshafts I know for certain have different spline count.

The only interchangeable drive shafts are 2 seater TT. They both need to be manual or both auto.
