Im getting a valve job done on my RWD JDM s13 sr20det Black-Top, turns out I have a cracked head... Looking for a head, Will a rebuilt FWD USDM sr20de Head work on TurboSR with out changing out the internals???

And if anybody can refer me to a wedsite or anything were i can find a bare or rebuilt s13 head it would be awesome! Thanks
