usdm spark plugs ????(platinum 4's)

i am running platinum 4's for an se-r in my sr20de. is this bad?

I am having problems now and I'm suspecting the gap is not right.

where can i find the correct gap measurement?

i have heard .028 and .03

my hayes manual says the se-r's gap is .043

where can i confirm the correct gap for a jdm FR sr20de?

it will not run for more than about 15 minutes before popping out of the exhaust like popcorn were about to spew out of the downpipe. then shutting down, and it woun't idle.

Hit up some australian Silvia/180sx forums, look for a non-turbo S14 200sx factory service manual. What ever the SE-R runs should be the same, but incase it doesnt, that S14 200sx FSM is the only way to find out.
