USDM s13 fender compared to JDM silvia fender

So my question.

If a rim offset looks flush on an s13 240sx (USDM) will the same rims look the same in terms of flushness with a s13 silvia OEM front conversion?

To the best of my knowledge, JDM front fenders are not any wider than USDM front fenders. The wheels should fit the same flushness... AFAIK.
