Do it in black (not black-oxide) and I will PP you $26 (including pp & shipping). If not, how does the chrome finish hold up, and is the Allen head SAE or Metric? That's for all 18, yes?
Yes, it is a chrome washer and stainless allen head bolt. I used whatever the stock thread is. I made the red bushings, so no they're not an o-ring that you can find. I can make the bushings in black if you want. I can also check out the availability of black allen head bolts, but it shouldn't be too tough to find. I'm getting the hint that you want everything blacked out.
The $20 is just for the 20 bushings (20 not 18, right??) The fasteners and washers will be about another $0.75 each. I'm guessing on that. Plus $5 shipping. So 20+20x0.75+5=$40 for a total replacement kit. I still haven't tested the bushings, but the material is good for up to 500*F so it shouldn't be a big deal.
imotions14 - the tap used on the adapter fittings was 3/8"NPT and the tap used on the side to plug the PCV opening was 1/2" NPT. None of the holes had to be drilled.
