Hey guys I'm getting ready to buy a Pioneer head unit and it comes with a USB cable that I plan on hooking up my ipod to. Since I can control the ipod through the stereo, I'd like to run the USB wire from the back of the receiver to the glove box. Has anyone done this? I tried to take a look at the glove box and couldn't find any openings, although I didn't check it thoroughly. Thanks for the help.

I haven't looked inside the glove box but you might have to drill a hole and pull the USB through...

i got a single din stereo and the scosche kit, that put the gap on the bottom, and i just drilled a hole and put my ipod in there, right under the stereo... so its accessible fairly easily

Glove box and you will have to drill a hole, but thats not to bad and it will look better than just having a wire hanging down somewhere. I do have customers that want it ran and just hanging out. (there crazy)

I got the Eclipse AVN727E recently and the USB cable was achieved by drilling a hole
