USB port not working 2012 Murano

When I have my iPhone plugged in for music if I barely move the cable it cuts out. Can't find any info on how to take the console apart to replace it. And I would assume I gotta get the part from Nissan and may have to buy the whole wiring harness. But I can't get in there to find out. Help.....
