USB port and power outlets

We have 2 Nissans, a Z and a Rogue. When I shut the Z off everything shuts down including the power outlets which works great having a radar detector. The Rogue on the other hand stays on and so does the USB port.
Does anyone know if there is a trick in changing these so that the power goes off on both when I power down the Rogue, thanks.

Just wait for 3-5 min and all the power will go off.
