USA vs Canadian M

This may have been discussed before, but I didn't see a thread on it.

I am perplexed why the Canadian M has more voice commands available than the USA M. There are some specific voice commands such as 'select phone' that I would really like to use, but is apparantly not available on the USA M. In fact, I have not found a way to change the phone connected via bluetooth while the car is moving at all. With a 'select phone' command it would be easily accomplished...much like the 'next phone' command on an Acura. The 'record' for the memo pad is another item I wish I could use.

Do you know if there is any way to get the additional commands available on the USA cars that Canada enjoys?
