USA Spec PA15-NIS PROBLEM

I installed the USA spec pa15-NIS abut 6 months ago and ever since about a month after install, my iPhone 5 has been cutting out after a few seconds of playing music. I use the preset #5 for direct mode and I have the dip switches in the correct places but I just can't seem to get it working. I have called tech support and they sent me a new speck cable but that only temporarily fixed the problem, any suggestions?

you mentioned a spech cable...is that the cable that is used to plug into your iPhone? If so, you may want to check the prongs that connect into the phone slot -- sorry for not having the technical terms -- since it(the prongs) might be bent and not allowing a clear signal. I have the USA Spec in my car and I run it with my iphone 4s as well as with my itouch...no issues, but my audio guy said they see a lot of issues when users aren't careful connecting or disconnecting the cable from their phones... Just a thought.

or I believe the USA spec requires a special adapter for iPhone 5 users (the lightning to 30 pin adapter)

I'm sure there are guys using the USA spec with the iPhone 5....hopefully someone can share their experience...
