Yes, the unit comes with all of the cables, including a microphone. I've installed it temporarily to test it and it works well, but haven't had the time to install it permanently.
Part of the reason I've held off is that their recommendation is to disable the Bluetooth for the telephone that comes OEM with the car - but you don't have to. With the PA15-INFI it is much more highly integrated into the car's OEM systems and charged the device through the cable. I wired everything into my console, and hardly ever had to touch my ipod. With the BT45, most of your controls are on your device itself. That concerns me right now because Washington State is trying to significantly change their handfree laws. With the BT45 it appears there are significant changes:
When you have an incoming call and you are using the BT45 for your telephone, if you are not in Bluetooth/SAT mode the BT45 will NOT automatically mute the audio (if you are in AM/FM or CD source). If you are, the radio will display the caller's # and you'll hear "You have a call from (caller's #)" or "Private" if Caller ID is not available. If the voice prompt * function is disabled, you will only hear the phone ringtone. To answer the call from steering wheel: In some vehicles you may have to press & hold the SEEK/TUNE UP or CH+ button. You can also answer it from the radio by Press/Turn the TUNE UP button/knob.
I haven't yet tried it with my phone, but I hope to get to it in the next week. You have to install their wired microphone, which doesn't look as clean as the built-in OEM mic.
I found the manual on-line at Crutchfield if you want to read more details.
