many questions.... heres the list.......

1. I put the 92 KA throttle body on my CA and when i got to put the throttle cable on it doesnt even come close to being able to fit on the bracket....like 2 inches away from it.

I noticed that the part where the end of the cable goes into is half way on the CA TB and all the way at the bottom on the KA...... Any Idea what to do??

2. What wires do I connect to my starter?? i see a lonely wire that is part of my lower harness that holds my alternator wires as well.... is it just 2 wires that go to the starter??

3. where do I run that heater hoses that goes across the back of the motor and then loops right back??

4. I run the vacuum hose on the BOV to the line directly under the TB right?...... Do I need any other hoses in my intake piping?

and lastly..... Where do I run the elbow line on the Intake hosing to compressor? right after the MAFS?

I'm going to try and finish up my swap tomorrow and see what happens if i can get all these vacuum lines right:D :help

thanks,Rick

1. I used my stock CA TB and my throttle cable bolted up fine.

2. Yea starter has two wires, small ground and the main power.

3. I removed the metal pipe that goes around the back of the motor and most of the hoses i didnt need. Once you remove everything, the stock KA hoses should fit with minor trimming.

4. Yeah thats a good spot. My wastegate line runs the the side of the throttle body. You can also loop it to the compressor on the turbo.

5. The hose coming off the intake tube after the MAF goes to the valve cover vent on the exhaust side.

the top thing im assuming is the thing about the alternator and below the throtlte body. One hose goes to a T and one hose from the T goes to the intake tube coming to the throttle body. The other hose from the T snakes back under the intake manifold.

thats because Nismo has an 89 240...Rick, you'll need to custom make a bracket or something. I used a piece of metal that I bent to fit correctly! let me know if I can help out at all too!

See my edit Rick...still won't work right. Your throttle cable isn't in the right place. You'll need to custom make something. Took me like 5 minutes:D

Yup... need to make a bracket for the 91-94's. Cable is too long to go into the stock bracket. And I tried to order a 89-90 throttle cable from Nissan, no luck. Obsolete part.
