hope you get it taken care of but you're probably screwed. are you the reason they have such strong exhaust regulations in Cali?

LOL!just find a crookid exhaust shop like Pablo's muffler + State Inspection. There are a lot of them arround.

Or take your chances and turn down the boost, add 1:2 104 Race gas to 93 pump gas and go test. This is how I passed, and Houston is a lot harder to pass than Louisianna.

so i dont think this would work on a turbo, but maybe bc of high octane. . . when i worked @ pep boys who was driving a 69 camaro and he was pushing about 950 horses. When he went to emissions he would fill his tank half way and add 2 liters of Everclear (alcohol) or golden grain.he said that it burnt so clean that he would pass emmisions easily.apparently everclear is what clows spit out their mouths and light on fire. . . i thought thats was cool

once again, pepboys knowledge

when i had to do emisions test i filled up on 94 octane at mohawk (dunno if you ahve that down in teh states) and poured in 4liters of methanol alcohol and passed perfectly

you can put in a second cat somewhere toobut thats expensive so try gas **** first

This is some funny s***.....

It reminds me:

My Grandfather owns a company that cleans, repairs, and calibrates labratory equipment. To clean microscope lenses they use 200 proof (100%) grain alcohol! It is the only solution that won't scratch or ruin the ultra-sensitive lenses. Well, he had the same solution you guys did when it came time to get his camper truck to pass Massachusetts emissions. He'd dump 2 bottles of that s*** in the tank and it burned clean as hell every time!

I think you need a permit or liscense of some sort to obtain and posess the stuff..... but wow what a party favor!!

i don't know how they do tests over there, but how about d/c your pipes from the muffler so the exhaust reading is real low.

A high flow cat should get ya but drive the car for like an hour or so and let the cat heat up good that will help out a lot
