I am getting my car back tomorrow, as I have been out of town for a while, and I need to drive it about 10 hours. I read on here that you can use the KA throttle body but is there any extra wiring that needs to be done? I wired my swap with the using the Heavy Throttle diagrams. My KA24E had cruise and I still have the engine and TB. Will the SOHC TB bolt up and will that be all I need to do?? I hope so!! Let me know if you have done it! Thanks!

I'd say try it out. But what i'm thinking of is if there is a seperate set of wiring from the steering wheel (cruise control buttons) to the actual mechanism. I THINK it will work.

I duno about your throttle body but the DE one can bolt on. But the sr's electrical conector wont fit on the ka's plug so you just have to swap connectors.

the cruise control will work because i believe it has a seperate computer that controls that and it has nothing to do with the sr20 harness cause the cruise control is operated by vacuum

First time I have seen an "urgent" post about cruise control.
