URGENT NEWS FOR MOBIL 1 OIL USERS

Heads up to all you who use M1 oil....Search out and stock up QUICK!!!! I was at Advance auto today,and posted to front door was note regarding M1 shortage for the next few months at least-shelves were almost bare already.I have been hearing this from other sources also,something about Mobil not being able to produce any more until after the first of the year.

I mostly use 15w 40 (I drive a Diesel) but I do run Mobile 1 in all of our gassers.

Damn, that's interesting news. Currently running 10-40 High Mileage M1 but I guess not anymore. I work at an independent shop that sells Valvoline products and next door to an Amsoil dealer. I was thinking of going with Valvoline Synthetic or Amsoil next round anyway. I guess I will now.

There is a Mobile 1 coupon in the current Costco coupon book, I bet Costco has lots of it in stock for that coupon event.

Sounds like a marketing plot...We will see if they actually run out of oil. I wouldn't care anyway because I'm using Valvoline at this point and have 6 oil changes worth stashed.
