Urgent!! Need help with gauge cluster!

I took apart my dash to install a digital tachometer/shift light and replace the bulb that was out on the dash clock. I hooked up the digital tach to the yellow/red stripe line form the ECU harness and hooked up the power to test it and it worked fine. I unplugged it, and pulled out the gauge cluster. Basically I just unplugged the three plugs from the back and put it aside, switched the clock bulb with the closest one i could find at Autozone. Then I plugged it back in. the plugs only go in one way and the length of the wire harness and positions of the plugs made it impossible to plug them in wrong. But when I screwed it all back together and reattached the negative battery cable, the gauges weren't working except for the gas gauge. Also, the CEL and Gas light were on (at half tank). The digital tach also was reading 0. The analog tach and speedometer were not working but the tach in my APEXi SAFC was reading. Also, my turbo timer just shuts off now, doest count down. I need help, I can not find the problem and am looking for any suggestions! Please help!
