My lower timing chain broke and am considering whether to fix it or buy a new ka. I can get the parts for cheap and do labor myself so it will come out way cheaper to fix but my issue is when the lower timing chain breaks on a 1995-96 ka24de, do the pistons collide with the valves resulting in internal damage in which i would have to take the head to the machine shop or do they have a semispherical shape that prevents damage like this to be done. Im not sure if my car has that extra clearance so that the pistons dont collide with the valves. PLEASE HELP ASAP
