UR crank pulley and timing

i have the UR underdrive crank pulley and set it at 15 degrees. Are the RPM's supposed to sit at 750 at idle or do i need to advance my timing to make it sit at 850 which is stock. Basically i want the best timing i can get with this pulley. what is recomended?

well i was juss wondering wat would be the best degree for underdrive pulleys or if there is any.

the best degree is not based on which pulley you have..it should still be 15 degrees btdc. all you need to do is adjust your idle adjust screw like stated earlier and all will be good
