Anyone know why Beck/Arnley O2 sensors (1563057)are same left and right while Standard Group are different models left 285 or right 291?

I recall having the same question, before ordering two alike Denso replacements. The difference could be cable length. I might have kept my old ones. The passenger side manifold also has a threaded reducer bushing, that may want to come out along with the sensor. In my case I used the old driver side O2 sensor to chase its' galled ID threads

When I put my plenum back on, I was also surprised that the KS connector was the same as the two O2 sensor connectors.

Just got the Standard Motor Products SG285 Oxygen sensor...seems to fit both left and right connectors...
Sent a note to Standard Motors on their website asking them for clarification of the difference...let's see if they respond.
