yea i do think it was a good idea to start a new topic just because that other one was way gone just becasue we all just wanted to mess around but its all good now we have a new one:)

yea post a link hopefully that would work. hey i have a question? i know you dont like rb engines but i was thinkin most ppl do rbdet what about doin an rbde and goin all motor? that way no turbo spool and you have your power when you want it?

eh.. ill put it like alot of pro-turbo people put it... all-motor is like having infinite lag.

:-p. i support people on doing swaps though, just as long as the swap is worthwhile. i just dont like when people try and put me down with my swap, im not sure why they do it, i know the challenges i will face in the future and.. i still choose to do the swap.

yea i know what you mean i suport you on yours just because i wanta see it done and hell if it works you might be doin it again:) ive always been big motor fan. and so far ive never owned a i4 cept for this 240 which doesnt run. so thats the only reason i sway rb and because i dont have alot time to do a swap like yours or the know how.

well man, i know that you will see a definite clean swap. i used to be into smaller motors.. SR, 3S(Toyo, when i was younger, 2nd choice after 240) but.. i mean look at the 2JZ, its a 3 liter I6 and its running 6's in the quarter. i plan on stroking and boring out the VG to give it that much more lower end to get up to the rpms that i need for the spool .. im thinkin 3.2 or more for the boring ( if the cylinder walls allow it )

id like to keep it a sleeper but.. i will have to run big brakes ( later on) and a staggered tire setting ( larger, fatter wheels in the back)

yea and since you have the 300zx motor might as well start off with the 300zx calipers right? or you just going to jump right into the big brake kits?

well the 300zx brakes are made for a 300zx and the 300zx weighs about or over 1k more than the s13 so.. i believe the TT brake upgrade will be adequate enough for me to do.

thats why people do it, because they are bigger brakes to stop a bigger car, and then you get 5 lugs.

thats what my friend in his z32 has, the stock side mounts and pushing 400hp+. his car is so sleeper. no badged, stock wheels, unpainted aftermarket bumper, stock exaust. only thing that clues you in is the huge cross drilled and slotted rotors.

haha, funny, but yeah idk why but your post before that confused me. idky why, but if your pushing like 800 hp you might want something alot beefier than a stock cars brakes.

yea me neither i saw him goin down 85 the other day and he always passes by on woodruff rd since he lives like righ there
