upside down springs??

im installing my agxs right now and up wondering if theres an upside to the spring?? or does it matter??? yes i know this sounds like a dumb question....

Yes it does matter, don't install springs upside down.

how do you know which side is up?? by the writing?? i put mine in with writing right side up and the spring didnt fit as well it seemed...

there h&r sports by the way, fronts. they were on "writing upside down" when i took them off.... so i dunno....anyone got any ideas...they fit fine tho

i believe the closer wound end of the spring goes on the top (assuming your springs have a close wound end, mine did (Whiteline springs))

i went out and checked my springs which i remember reading a note on which way to install them, so i know they are correct, and they were installed with the close wound end on the top

it should only fit one way. one side is kinda flat and the other side is not flat. flat=top

I don't think flat = top.. the flat part should be bottom because the top part has a cushion plastic thing so it can be round.
