UPS can blow a fat goat. They steal my money for this lie they call 2nd day air. 2nd time from same location. Order picked up on the 14th, tracking says 18th scheduled delivery. Check back next day. Says 'Delivery Re-scheduled'. Now delivery is the 19th (tomorrow). I can't count too good, but I can count to five. You useless hack of a company. If any of you work for this company, quit, and stop scamming people. Or start a coup and overthrow your CEO and get the sh*t rite. Parts sent from same location USPS got here in barely two days for under $3. Are you kidding me? Why does anyone use these sh*t brown colored vans? The only deliveries i'll be doing with them (by choice) anymore will be a delivery from me to them called a molitov cocktail. Burn in Hell UPS!!!!! BURN IN H E L L !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Pony Express would put your sorry hides out of business!

Quit whining and use somebody else. That's what makes this country great, we have choices. FedEx is usually good for quick delivery. USPS has been reliable for me also. It could be your area though.

are u getting this upset for it being backed up one day?

I think you are getting way too upset just for one day, Things happen, stuff gets delayed, one day is not that big of a deal. Now if tomm comes and they delay it again, i will join you in the coup and over throw them bc now somthing is not right and needs to be done.

but just one day, relax

2nd say air is business days. you ordered it on the 14th (thurs.) Fri is one business day, then Mon. is the 2nd. So the 19th would be a third day, and they did say it was re-scheduled... it happens, i'm sure you've missed a day of work or school before.... ask for some of your shipping money back. i wish people now a days weren't in such a rush for everything, it makes this world so stressful. the worlds not going to end anytime soon, so just chill out.

They really should burn in hell as far as I care. I hate dealing with UPS but I'm forced to sometimes with my company.

Last Thursday I sent out a package "Next Day Air", and had it pickup up on time. It will arrive today... MONDAY!! The package only had to go to a location about 4-5 hours away. I should have driven it there and had my work pay me. lol

Do what I did and call them to get some of your money back. We got it all back, but we also have an account with them so they will care more about us than you.

Its a bit different when you pay for a service that is guaranteed to be there when they say it will.

Thats why you ask for your money back when it doesnt get there, because its promised and they didnt follow though. Simple enough.

I used to work for them loading trucks. I thought 2nd day, 1st day PM, and 1st day were guaranteed. I remember when I was there they were gonna start guaranteeing ground shipping for business customers.

Ya, perhaps I over react some times. I think I have an imbalance. Don't their planes still fly Saturday? Anyway, I've never had good luck with them. I can't exactly choose who my suppliers ship with, but thanx for that comment.... ... d!ck. j/k

I would personally ship dhl, fedex, usps, greyhound gpx, 'insert name here' before brown . What can brown do for me? Leave me the hell alone... It's just painful for me cause i've had to sideline my ride for two weeks now, and this isn't helping. So I'm blaiming it all on UPS, thats fair right?

Today's the day so soon it should all be over. Let me stew in peace.

Yes, their planes run on Saturday, but that is to get packages to the distribution centers for Monday morning. I wasnt involved in how it ran of course (I just loaded the brown trucks), but from what I saw going around me, that is about right. Plus they had a "Saturday" service when I was there where they would deliver on Saturday if the business days fell that way.

Basically it goes like this: UPS picks the box up from the seller and the Brown Truck brings it to the distribution center where it is loaded on a big truck. The big trucks then take it either to the local airport for air or start handing it off from one distribution center to the next. All during this time the box is probably getting stuck in various belts, or falling off the belts and getting stuck in the machinery. It eventually arrives at your local distribution center one morning. It is taken off the big truck and again put on a series of belts getting stuck along the way until it eventually gets to the line where the truck that services your neighborhood is. Most likely the people who load the conveyors will overload them and cause the box to stick out and jam the conveyors (In this case the conveyor is a giant chain of metal cages). Pray that the guy loading your truck isn't having a bad day (I had a few of these) and isn't behind. If he is then there is a chance your box will be left on the dock while the truck makes its route.

Hope this clarifies how UPS works
