Thinking of doing an uprev tune I have a injen short ram air intake and axle back with headers on a 2.5 Altima coupe how much whp would I get

You won't get much of anything without a full catback with high flow cats or full cat removal. Even then, the 2.5 doesn't have a lot of headroom without adding boost.

If you're not a manual trans, I definitely wouldn't bother, because any more extra power and you'll pop that CVT in quick fashion.

Sorry to rain on your parade - I have just seen a lot of guys waste a ton of money.
