The upper radiator hose of my G37S broke. Replacing it shouldn't be too hard. However, I wonder if the lower hose also should be replaced at the same time just for preventative measures. I don't really have a way to get good access to that area in which case I will have to bring the car to the shop. Or is the lower pipe exposed to much less heat and hence should last a lot longer? Btw, the car has just a bit more than 100k miles.
Also how safe is it to drive the car some 10 miles home with first topping off the coolant? My son put it in a parking lot.
