Does anyone know what stock upper radiator hose fits an sr20 when useing the ka radiator. I found one post that said to ask for part # xl1023 at Auto Zone and that it would fit. Auto Zone didn't have that number in the computer. Can anyone shed some light on this?

i dont know about an oem hose,i know that heavy throttle has the crossover pipe and the rubber elbows, that most ppl use when retaining the ka radiator.

it took me sec to find it..its under custom products, then ez install kitsthe kit is 90 bucks but it comes with upper and lower hoses, heater hoses, and new belts.

Hey thanks. I knew about it from searching the forum but I was trying to save a little money by going the oem route.

a 03 or 02 pathfinder 3.5 v6 looks almost the same as a stock s13 upper radiator hose.

The hose I am going to need will have to come out of the radiator on the passenger side. Make a 90, go across to the drivers side and 90 again to the sr. will the pathfinder hose do this? Thanks.

since you want this right away...go to the auto parts store, buy two hoses that have 90 bends,or one with two bends in it,then get a piece of aluminum piping the right diameter, cut and viola.

It looks like that is what it will come down to. Where can you find aluminum piping at?

Or, you can just get the napa upper rad. hose. I believe it's part number 8814. I had it when I was using the KA rad. with SR. It's been a while, that's why I can't recall the exact part number. It looks something like this:
