upper radiator hose for US radiator

is there something i can pick up at the parts store for it to work, the lower hose for the ka fit with some cutting and i need a upper hose to go across the engine and clear the stock clutch fan.and i cant find just the hose and i dont want to order one from heavythrottle for 50 bucks when i just need the upper hose.
