Like the title says. I am soon going to remove my upper plenum to do the gasket, as the old one is leaking bad and fkking with my idle. Now, the fsm is VERY vague about it. Im assuming its pretty straight forward, but what i want to know is, to anybody who has done it, did you run into any nasty hidden bolts or anything like that?

How long did it take you.....

Well, did it in an hour and a half. Not too hard. bolts are pretty accessible.

remove the starter and its like 100x easier. had to do mine twice because my new gasket was leaking coolant immediately after I installed it... I would smear some silicone gasket around the coolant port to help the paper gasket.

hmm, i seem to remember it being a huge pain in the arse. you have to be careful because nissan decided to use brass (or something) fasteners that have this nasty tendency to round off if not gripped right.

ill have to check my gasket too, as my car seems to use a bit of coolant, and i know it isnt the head gasket (its only leaking oil).
