upper oil pan problem

So I'm doing everything to spec putting the upper oil pan back on my s13 blacktop...I have a small minute space...I don't think it matters much but it if you're looking @ the motor from the back and it's upside down on the stand...it's flush on the left side against the block and has a small space on the right side....I do have arp everything...I thought I had saw a post about a main stud clearance issue when browsing...can someone help me figure out why it's not sitting flush in this one corner?
