Upper door panel repair

Does anyone know of a way to repair the upper door panel vinyl material that sloughs off the 95-96 Q's?

There was a previous thread, but recovering might be you best option if you cannot find a good wreck.

on that subject i was wondering how to clean the door panels in my 91 and its tan so all the dirt from the years makes it look not so pretty was wondering if there some product u guys use or if i gotta deal with it?

Use leather conditioner and cleaner on your '91. The upper door panels are leather on that year... I use Lexol on mine.
