The calculation to find "new" injector size based on higher pressure is as follows:

sqrt(new pressure/old pressure) * old flow rate = new flow rate

So, assuming 370cc injectors, running at 80psi instead of 40psi, you get:sqrt(80/40) = ~1.4141.414 * 370 = 523.xxx

So, your 370cc injectors are effectively 520cc injectors at 80psi.

I won't believe it until I see a couple of dyno charts, dated a few months apart.

wow, this was some great insight guys. However, I've settled on the CTC kit for the SR20DET. However thanks for your suggestions, and insight.

dang 400 hp...a lot of power to be used "reliably". I have the gt2540r dual ball bearing turbo .86 A/R , haven't dynoed my car yet...

what do u guys think of a 300 hp daily driver. Would it be reliable? prolly 250 changing the boost a bit and upping it whenever i need to. Sounds perfect for the streets lol

I don't need.. 400 horsies...

i think 350whp can be very reliable for a few years. more maintainence would be required as with any modded car. Shaun

No offense, but if you only wanted a 300hp daily driver the GT2540 was a really bad choice in turbos.

You can make that 300rwhp very reliably with a T28 and have amazing spool. Using a GT25 to only make 300hp is like having a built head to rev to 9000rpm and never going higher than 5000rpm.
