I first want to appologize for the poor grammar and semi complete sentences... Im about to pass out right now so ill try my best to type everything out and have it make sense.

I have a standard CA18DET in my 88 pulsar. I purchased a T28 GTI-R turbo and rebuilt it. Now, to get that going I also bought a Walbro255 pump, Nismo FPR (a b&m gauge to go with it), a safc2 convertor, and 550cc injectors.

Last summer I rebuilt the engine and i got the head ported and cleaned really well. I want to go ahead and get my cams reground and get some adjustable gears to go with it.

I picked up a FMIC to make things a bit easier and it also frees up some space on the top of my engine

Now my question is. I wanna boost 1 bar with the setup i have listed above. I have a felpro headgasket and a normal clutch. will the headgasket hold the pressure and would the clutch start to slip?

If so:#1: where can I find a HKS headgasket#2: what kinda of clutch would you recommend#3: i also want a light weight flywheel and was wondering if anyone knew if anyone had one for sale or where I might be able to find one.

ALSO, I would need a chip re-programmer and the software to reprogram my ECU. Any idea on where I can find one as well?

Oh, and last but not least. I need a wideband O2 sensor and gauge. I was wondering with your own personal experience, which is the best buy? I have an extra older laptop that i can keep with my car so I can run everything live in my car as I drive. Which company creates the sensors that do this?

Thank you for you help!

#1-The felpro if fine. Many of us have run more power than that on it w/o problems. #2 & #3-IDK about the clutch. I doubt it will hold. Unfortunatly, I think the FWD CA uses a smaller diameter flywheel and clutch. You'll have to get Dee to chime in on this one.

With that size of injector upgrade, I would like to see you use an upgraded ECU to accomodate for the injector size. You can also bump up your rev limits and remove the boost cuts. You may also need a bigger MAFS.

As for wideband, there are a lot out there and they are all a lot alike. I am personally using an innovate motorsports wideband.

That has a CA18DET specific clutch. As for the flywheel you have to order from companies like takakira and such. I did alot of searching recently about flywheels and clutches that were CA specific to no avail. - Gabe

Toda makes a 5kg chromoly flywheel. I had one on my CA18DE and the thing revved like a GSXR1100! http://www.toda-racing.co.jp/p....html

I'm running a JUN 5.4Kg flywheel and it revs SSOOOOOOO much faster than my stock CA did. It makes shifts up AND down, much easier and faster.
