Upgrading navi from 08 to 10 version

Hi, I have a 2008 Altima Coupe and was wondering if I were to install/use the navi disc for the 2010 model will I get some of the new features of the new version such as the bluetooth music streaming and improved screen layout? If not, does anyone have any idea how much it would cost to put in the new 2010 navigation system? Thanks.

I've been wondering this too, the upgraded version of course. I'm sure the dealership would want to charge you an insane amount if you tried to do it there. I'm not sure about the Blue Tooth and how it would work though. I know my 08 already has Blue Tooth. I'd just want the unit for the nav and display.
