i got some RC ENgineering 550cc injectors that i am trying to fit to the stock CA18DET fuel rail but they don't fit in the rail, they are a tad too big, they don't fit in the hole in the manifold very well either, but i think thta can be sorted by a dremel and some time..

my question is should i try to dremel the hole in the rail too or is there a aftermarket fule rail that fits the spacing on the CA18 that uses top feed injectors too, AEM for the HONdas or 4g63's anyone know??

found some companies that sell fuel rail stock, but just wondering what are the other options and what others have done in the past to fix this.

Don't dremel the rail, get a drillbit and a drillpress and use that, that's what I did to my stock rail.

The other end should be fine, you might have to play around with the O rings a little but you shouldn't have to dremel anything on the manifold either.

try new O rings, those ones should fit. the old ones are usually hard and swollen

hey i am dropping my stock rail off at the fabricator this week for him to make me a new rail. if you want i could have him due up more if you are interested. these would accept -an fittings so you would have to re work your fuel lines. also if anyone else would want one let me know.
