Upgrading Brakes, Q45?

K i know its a noob question but Do I buy Q45 rotors and redrill them or stock s13 rotors? Also If I wanted to upgrade to ss brake likes which ones do I go with?

Also for the brakes what year do I got with?

Something you may not be able to search for, SPLparts.com has vry nice stainless brake lines coated in nylon .

So I got with 95 calipers and get the Q45 rotors redrilled to 4 lug?
