upgrading audio 06 m35x - show/tell me your upgrades

i have the 8 speaker Bose. I've added a JL 8w7 sub/amp and had the entire car Dynamated, but still have stock speakers. What am I looking for? I don't really understand how component sets work; it's always two speakers and two tweeters, but if I need 6 speakers i don't want to end up with an extra 2 sets of tweeters right? How do I go about buying the correct thing, and does anyone know what the speaker sizes are for the 06 M35x?

Also, am I going to be able to add another amp for these things to the stock sound receiver?

I was looking into this before but most posts said you couldn't upgrade speakers or main bose amp because it is linked into the nav/voice setup and the speakers are tuned.

I'd love to hear some success stories...

May I ask how much you paid and how much work was involved with the dynamat?

I had the front and back doors and the trunk done. I believe the two orders of the Dynamat extreme was 320 bucks. The installation was like 600. Not cheap but the guy was highly recommended. This was at Meyer Emco in Bethesda, MD.
