Well I am glad too hear you have been doing some reading...Now try reading thishttp://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread/183490

Get rid of the "ALL CAPS" it is annoying and no matter what you have to say people are going to make fun of you. Also when asking questions like this you need to give us some more information...

What is your car going to be used for? What is your budget?

Now try again...

Few tips:

Post your questions in the right sections - we have a suspension and wheel thread that you can use, and we have pro's in there giving great advice all the time.

Second, if you're going to ask questions, or ask for advice, at least give us a little background info. People on NICO don't like to spoon feed people, if you need help with wheels, we need Size, offset, width, tire details etc. If you want some suspension help, do you want to go coils? springs? Purpose of the car? Track suspension is a lot different from daily driving suspension.

Aside from that, it sounds like you would do just fine with a simple combo like Tein S-techs and KYB AGX's or something. It's a popular combination, of course search the suspension thread and you'll find more answers.

This is a huge improvement...But what would also help is grammar. This makes you seem more intellectual. This usually leads to much better answers to your questions EX)

Ok well I personally like Tein SS coils. Those are what I use on my S14. They made some funny noises once, but they went away. That was the only problem I had

But I am also a fan of Stance Coils (www.stancesus.com)
