Upgrades on a 240SX?

Pardon my newbie-ness, but I just inherited a '93 240SX convertible, and although I've been looking through the threads, I am coming away really confused.

I understand that the S13, S14, etc. were not imported into the US (right?), but whenever I search on parts for a 240SX, everything I'm finding, from engine parts to body parts, refer to the S13, S14, etc., so I'm not really sure what upgrades are available for a US 240SX.

If you have any "newbie" threads you could recommend, I'm new here, and I'd really appreciate it. Coming over from sportbikes, this is all a bit new to me.

You own a s13 and the next model up with the two different style head lights is a s14. There are loads of stuff to upgrade on 240s just look at the advertisements to the left...

S13 and S14 are chassis codes (the same in all parts of the world). The difference between the 240 and silvias (and 200sx in Europe) is the engine and some minor suspension stuff.

i was just wondering what suspension parts are different?

also the front bumper and sideskirts vary between the models.
