Upgraded Turbo?

I just bought a S13 blacktop SR and the and the A\R is .80 on both turbine and compressor. And the stock A\R is .64 on the S13 blacktop. But it still looks like the stock T25,so does that mean it came with a upgraded turbo and will i got more HP out of my motor?

the A/R on my stock t25 is 80.

The stock a/r for the t25 is .80, that's what we all have.

usually redtops have t25's with a/r .60s13 blacktops have .80
