1)on this setup is it required to get a koyo aluminum radiator like the ones on the enjuku site.. or can i do without it for awile( i am getting parts in order of urgency first, some of the above are not here yetbut will be in the near future)

2)wat is the difference in a 2 core radiator(fluidyne) and those mentioned above

I would say only get a new radiator if you plan on actively racing or are having overheating problems.

well from what i read many people do for some reason...and i would like to be able to beat up my car and know it can take it, occasional trips to the drag racing track and maybe even try at some autox, also i take many 3.5 hour trips how, about 2x a month, you think that would need the radiator?

If you are able to get the SR shroud and stock fan I don't foresee any obvious cooling problems. If no shroud you might want to upgrade to electric fans especially if you are running a front mount. And dual e-fans fit so nicely on a Koyo so why not? It's a vicious cycle. Also, do you plan on keeping your A/C?

Well, the fact that the A/C condenser is yet another obstruction in the flow path of air to your radiator. Air flows through your FMIC, gets heated up in the process of cooling charge air, passes through A/C condenser, gets heated even more and finally gets to your radiator where it has to cool the coolant running through it. I'm not saying you can't get away with a stock rad but I say if you are gonna be running autocross/drag once in a while it's a sound investment to spend the $300 on a Koyo. Especially since it didn't look like you were planning on running stock boost by your list of mods.

its not a super expensive part. i say spring for the koyo. you can get it for just over 300. i have one and have never even gone above half on the temp gauge even after long drives or dragging, or drifting. its worth it.

I sold my stock for a koyo 2 row for the sr. Dunno if I really needed it, but decided to build for the future mods so I won't have to horse around with it later. Oh and I got it for under 300.

I do not see a front mount intercooler on your list of upgrades. Most people go with upgraded radiators, to address the problems of reduced airflow that you encounter by putting a huge intercooler in front of your radiator. If you keep the stock SR fan shroud and radiator, you should be okay. I've driven my SR in traffic on hot, muggy 90+ degree California days, and the temp needle hasn't budged.
