upgraded once, now ready for 2nd? (turbo)

i recently upgraded my s13 SR with nismo 555's, z32 maf, s15 t28, and enthalpy tune. its not enough, it never is. So i was wondering what turbo would be best on spool time, and good for like 370-380whp range? In this upgrade process i would upgrade to 720cc's, and go for some cams.

spool time is a big factor because i daily drive the car, and would like spool to be at least around 3500. i was looking at the HKS GT-RS, but haven't found great responses on it as far as spool time, or power, as well as price. can any one give me more info on this? but now the gt2871r .64 seems to be the choice to lean towards...

does anyone have any other turbo choices in the hp/spool range i am looking for?

How are the other HKS turbos such as the gt2540r, or gt2835?
