I'm not trying to be rude (and I assume that English is not your first language) but you need to really practice on making your post comprehensible because when most folks see badly written posts they just run away. As for your questions, there are plenty of resource on the net and more specifically plenty of posts on Nico that outline what can be done and what kind of power to expect from certain upgrades, please search the forum before asking a question that universally gets asked and has been answered 6.86847485689 billion times. Thanks.

I also mentioned this to you in some of your previous posts, you really need to realize that people need to be able to understand what you are saying by presenting things the way you see them here in other posts.
In an effort to help you out, a good choice is also to look at the various build threads in the build sticky at the top of the page for what exhaust others have chosen for their car build. Most of the builds outline the various parts used, and I'll also throw out that Z1 and Concept Z carry the most popular Z32 exhausts, and sell them on their websites- simply google "Z1 motorsports" or "ConceptZ Performance" and you will be where you need to be to buy what you need at a competitive price.
Yes, there are also other vendors who sell great Z32 exhausts, SpecialtyZ and Labree to name a few, and which you should be able to find via google as well.
Also, most custom exhaust shops can and will create and install a very good exhaust system for your Z32, and most likely for less than the popular brands cost un-installed. This is the route I took.
Good Luck!
