upgrade question

thinking about swaping ka24de into my 89 240sx the i got a ka24e with 200 some k's the bearings are worn out the head gasket is garbadge and the valve seals are shot. well anyway back to the swap my buddy here desided to total his 93 240sx so since mine still has body but a bad engine he sad he'll give me some parts so when i drop in the new engine it will come with AC unit do i need any moduals with it or is it basic plug and play(mine doesn't have ac unit) i'am also picking up his doors he has power locks and windows, so as well is there any moduals i need to get from his car.i know i need his cluster right?since mine is 89-91series and his is 91-95.:ylsuper
