Great pics! Thanks for posting.

I love the engine painted like that. Looks really sharp.

Is that 2.5" piping or 3"?

Any brand name on the IC?

Thanks

very nice, just curious of why didn't you get the intercooler with the inlet and outlet on the same side. it would seem that it won't have to travel as much and less lag..

very nice work. Are you going to paint the pipes the same color as the engine? I like that red, it's almost R34 maroon.

not sure yet, i think i might just polish them up nice since they are stainless steel... it'd be too much red if they were the same color...

nice piping...you should get that thing ceramic coated. SS will absorb heat quick.

Don't take this as the wrong way..But I found the intercooler within 5 minutes...I figured the pipings and the time you spend..You might as well get an intercooler that actually would be more ideal..On top of that, you actually have more room for other gadgets..

well i got the intercooler months ago, ebay changes daily ya know, not to mention that that type of design isn't as efficient as a straight through design , so who knows what i would be gaining anyway... im not the only rb guy with a straight through fmic ya know lol so obviously it can't be that wrong of a setup...

I thought you had this thing running already. Man you have been working on this for a long time, it will all be worth it when you fire it up.

Awesome pics. Most pics Ive seen run the coldpipe across the engine bay instead of the hotpipe. I like your setup better.Question about your wheels. They fit without spacers? Do you have Z brakes?

yeah it made more sense to me to have the hotpipe go across than the cold... radiator heat and all

the wheels bolt right up nothing needed but lug nuts... i dont have z brakes but i have no doubts that they would clear because of the design of the spokes, they curve outward so it should clear fine. im going to get z brakes pretty soon after its on the road

dekand, your cluster looks badass

has anyone else done their piping like mine, instead of going behind the radiator it goes in front...?

my piping is similar, but since i'm running an aftermarket turbo, with a top mount adapter i made, the hot side charge pipe goes down in front of the oil pan and around to the right side of the intercooler. i will post a pic soon
