I only had to replace the 12V mini bulbs in my A/C and recirculation switches. It was a challenge to dissect the switches but they did come apart with careful, tedious, deconstruction. The driver door window and lock controls have LEDs already in it. Actually, they are SMDs and the tiniest light up diodes I have seen. These are soldered onto the control circuit board. Replacing them is something I wanted to do because mine are extremely dim but the challenge looks like micro surgery. As for your hazard, defroster, rear wiper, and cruise switches; I have no idea what the construction of those switches looks like or what type of light is in them.
