Are you talking about noise from the rain guards? I was referring to in-cabin wind noise...

would you stop speaking in riddles? The literal translation of what you wrote means that the car will continue to make just as much wind noise as before. Is that what you meant?

These are also made for smokers as well since Japanese people really do like to smoke a lot.

You either use them by cracking the window down a little to allow smoke to get out. Or some prefer to use it as a way to ash a cig while driving to reduce the amount of "wow this car smells like a smokers car alright" effect.

Also was designed for those that didnt want to run AC while out at the track and want some fresh air without having to get a huge blast of air or that howling effect.

They also help clear the car when it gets foggy inside and its well... raining outisde and the defogger isnt working fast enough.
